This Cancellation & Refund Policy ("Policy") explains how cancellations, subscription changes, and refunds are handled for Aimple AI.
By using our Services, you agree to this Policy.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Aimple AI subscription at any time through

Important Notes
•Cancellation stops future billing only.
•You will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your current billing cycle.
•No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription periods unless stated otherwise.
2. Free Trials
If your plan includes a free trial
•You may cancel at any time during the trial period.
•No charges will be applied if cancellation occurs before the trial ends.
•If not cancelled, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
3. Refund Policy
Standard Subscriptions
•Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed.
•We do not provide refunds for:
◦Partial usage
◦Unused credits
◦Downgrades during an active billing cycle
Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered at our discretion in cases of
•Duplicate charges
•Billing errors
•Unauthorized payments (subject to verification)
4. Plan Downgrades & Upgrades
•Upgrades take effect immediately and may be charged on a prorated basis.
•Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
•Unused credits or features from higher-tier plans do not carry over unless specified.
5. Enterprise & Custom Contracts
For enterprise customers
•Cancellation, refund, and termination terms are governed by the signed agreement.
•This Policy applies only if not overridden by a custom contract.
6. Service Suspension or Termination by Aimple AI
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services if
•Payment fails or is reversed
•Terms of Service are violated
•Required by law or security concerns
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
7. Data Access After Cancellation
•After cancellation, your account may be retained for a limited period as per our data retention policy.
•You are responsible for exporting your data before the end of your subscription.

8. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
•Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in account suspension.
•We encourage contacting [email protected] for billing issues before raising disputes.
